Kids have been watching the antics of Ernie, Bert, Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch for years. These colorful characters all live on the same imaginary street and help children by teaching them about letters and numbers. Themes are always a fun idea when it comes to celebrating a child’s birthday. Everything from the wrapping paper you use for
